Contact the moderators and ask them for a temporary password to your self service account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are 2 ways to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;contact the Moderator Team:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team. If you can access your online banking change your username and add additional security questions. Change your password on all accounts such as PayPal, Amazon, social media accounts and change your email if possible. It may be easier to directly call your banks fraud department....if it's RBC heres their phone number...... 1-866-212-2004&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep an eye on the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a message from the moderators. Responding promptly to messages will speed up service times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
