Hi, I have just signed up $25/month plan and was told I will be receiving additional 3GB as there's a promotion now. However, I do not see 3GB shown in my account. Could you advise?? Thanks.

Additional 3gb on the $25 plan. I have not heard of this one.

Was this just a one time promo...meaning once used up it's gone (so not renewed every cycle)?

Where did you receive this info?

@Amy4 if it isn't in your account within a few days contact customer support mods

click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "missing credit"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)

make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

Hi @Amy4 yes there is such promotion by London Drugs.

above photo by @darlicious and according to @Anonymous is for Sep 4 - 7.

And as you signed up today, you get the 3gb data bonus. Read this thread: 3 GB promo promised by London Drugs for in-store activation has not loaded.

According to the original poster @OzzieMozzie , he did not get the 3gb bonus right away but @Jenniyah who activated on Friday, Sept. 4th, got hers right away. So maybe wait a few days, and if you still don't have the 3gb bonus in your account, send a private message to the Moderators.
