      <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe that's a 2G phone, so probably not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alcatel makes&amp;nbsp; some flip phones that will work with PM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Rogers still has a 2g network, although probably not for much longer. I agree with you that it's not a good idea for someone in Canada to purchase such a phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
