      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to pay my public mobile phone number have enough money in there but plan won’t activate. And forgot all my info to get into my account. How can I reset this? Please help, been without a phone for 2 days!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or do an instant top-up from some stores.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
