      <description>&lt;P&gt;Log into account, scroll down to data and add-ons. Do you see the 5 gigs?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What kind of phone do you have. You may need to manually set the apn settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you have an iPhone then reset your network settings and restart your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
