So you cannot set a bill/charge day with Public Mobile to be consistent for every month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Were you on autopay, and then it failed to pay upon renewal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, unfortunately, that can happen sometimes. If you want to make sure to prevent this, top up your account a few days before your renewal is due and you should not have any issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I reply 611 but I forget password on August 27 2020. it can't work. so I go to my open phone store. use it's phone call my credit card bank. bank tell me I pay bill directly to public mobile account(xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) $24.86 on July $24.86.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I pay again $24.86 to my credit card account on August 27 2020. I active my phone on August 29 2020.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my credit card expire day Feb 2021. I can continuous use this card when bank give me new card or change to another credit card for autopay public mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;right now my question my bank statement show this months pay bill end sep 9 2020 for this 30 day bill. and next 30 days bill alreadly take from my credit card account on august 29 2020.
