      <title>Nothing will work!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can make calls but when people try and call me it says I am not equipped for in coming calls, my mobile data isn't working, I can't send or receive texts and my number is private. I pay for the 8.5 GB plan and it says active.. please help. I have already tried factory resetting my phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Restart phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anything help ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/75253"&gt;@kristadesj&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I do not believe that this is any type of device or software setting issue.&amp;nbsp; There isn't anything that your phone can do to make the network side produce an error message such as that when someone is trying to call you (save for maybe forwarding your phone number to a different one unknowingly).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine is doing that and i have done all the things they gave suggested . Hasnt worked for me but might for you.&amp;nbsp; If not submit a ticket for admin&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
