Yes, iPhone 11 will work with Public mobile. A very nice phone.

It should be compatible as long as it is unlocked.

Yes @Arturkerobyan according to this https://www.gsmarena.com/apple_iphone_11-9848.php it has all the required 3g and 4g LTE bands. It's 100% compatible. As Long as its unlocked and if porting, leave your previous providers account active. The port will close it once its completed.

@Arturkerobyan Like everyone else have said and as @gblackma @has showed it is compatible and therefore should have no issue using it.
