Why do I receive a bill payment reminder when I have a $75 credit?

if showing at your Self-Serve a messages those Expired or suspended and your services are working,

just ignore,,

all customers getting those message the night before day of renewal.

on the date cycle payment is will automatically renewal.

Everybody gets payment reminders through SMS no matter how much funds you have in your account.

After renewal you will get notification how much rewards have been applied and thank you note for renewal.

@bobemmerson : Is it a hardship to get a little reminder that your account is soon to renew? The text goes on to say to ignore it if you have autopay or have already paid ie. have a balance.

That's just a standard message sent out 3 days before your renewal date whether you have a credit on not in your account.

HI @bobemmerson Yes, the text will come every month/cycle, PM really worry we forgot to pay 🙂

The text you really care is the one they said they cannot take money from your credit card.

I got that message to but I should have been paying better attention because I was meant to suspend my account....I got the dang you successfully renewed text this morning! I really didnt need my extra data account again this month! Oh well....
