I have 2 public mobile plans, due to covid 19 i have financial difficulties, i want to change my $25 plan to $15 plan.

If i will change my plan will it effect on my Rewards, and add-ons(i got promos, one time promotions, and holidays giveaways, bonus data)?

Rewards and add-ons won't be affected. One-time promotions could potentially be affected depending on how they were added to the account and based on the terms of that offer.

Depends on the terms of the one time promos. Rest are ok.

Pick change at next renewal so you can continue to use your current plan till you have to pay again.

You can change your plan by choosing "change on next renewal". Rewards and add ons automatically stay with the account so will the following promotions:

$0 Free Holiday Giveaway 1GB data add on
$0 Free Holiday Giveaway 400 international minutes
1 GB Promo (from August 2019)
5 GB One time data bonus
Free 1000 CAN LD minutes
1 GB Data Bonus

Any other promotions from activation are subject to the conditions listed in the original announcement. Please check the announcement board for your particular promotion.
