I never had problem registering a visa to make a payment but I am having this problem now and I really need help. I've entered everything correctly but it wont let me add any visa to make a payment.

Any error message?

Is the card registered to your account and you're trying to update expiring or new card for example?

Clear history/cookies and try in incognito mode.

Leave apartment field/suite blank.

Just to add a couple of things to @Jb456 post.....

Double check your billing address with canada post its the official address.
Do not put a space in the postal code.
USE ALL CAPS.
