      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning - I am trying to place a telephone call from alberta to B.C. and I have previously called this number many times, but now when I call I get the 8UC2 message - please advise - thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Of this fails contact the moderators and ask them to have the technical department look into it for you.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;There are 2 ways to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;contact the Moderator Team:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team. The 8 identifies the main issue likely in your case that the issue is on your recipients side vs yours ( pm/telus). It could be as simple as the phone is off the hook to a loss of service.....try a different method of contact in the short term and try dialing later.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
