Internet is working. Mms has been turned on and able to receive pic through text. Pls help. Thank you

@mimiwong , do you have iMessages turned on? Try with it turned off.

Did it work before? Does talk and data work fine?

Maybe try reboot phone and a network reset.

Under iPhone Messages settings:
iMessage = enabled

SMS/MMS
MMS Messaging = enabled
Group Messaging = enabled
All other Messages settings are disabled

How do you know what message type you are sending or receiving on iPhone?
Messages with green bubbles are normal SMS/MMS text messages.
Message with blue bubbles are sent via the iMessage

Make sure that you data is enabled for sending/receiving MMS.

Turn off MMS And perform a hard reset this does not delete dial from your phone then turn on MMS under settings messags

Yes with different carrier. Everything works except sending pic thru text

@mimiwong the max file size for MMS at public mobile is 1mb. try changing your MMS max file size

Settings > General > Network > Cellular data network > "MMS Max Message Size"
