@Aenavworhe First please use the 3 dots top right of your post to edit and delete your personal info and number from your post as you're on a public forum.

To port your number submit a ticket to moderators via SIMon and enter "port request" and follow the prompts to finish submission. Here's link for the chatbot: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
