      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just joined public mobile and wanted to log into my account. I hit reset password and it said an email was sent to me with instructions but I have not received this email. I've tried it in 2 different browsers now but no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is greatly appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Enter your question into SIMon. Follow/invent prompts until you get to the Contact Us button, click it and a Submit Ticket button should appear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Oh since you can't logon your account, you'll likely have trouble submitting a ticket.
