      <title>New Phone # Problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, so we were able to open a new account, got the phone working with the new sim card and then 20mins later i got a text from someone that has the exact same # as Public Mobile assigned us.&amp;nbsp; When we sign into our web account it won't let us pick a new number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now what do we do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When an account is opened, the assigning of that phone number does not ccount as a phone number change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/150441"&gt;@cfutb&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; If that's the first phone number you've had a Public Mobile, the phone number change option not allowing the change is probably just a temproary problem with the self serve website. I would try again at a later time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
