Plan Change Not Showing Up

Yesterday I changed to the $15 plan to be activated on renewal. Today when in self serve and I try to click the Plan and Add-Ons tab or Plan Details button I get and an error page. On the change plan page the columns are blank with no plan information. My renewal is coming up and I do not want to be charged for another three months of service on my old plan.

@Zeegor When you sign in "My Account" and do not see the change. You better do it again. I encountered this issue once. So you just change plan again and set as your next cycle. Then sign out first. Maybe go back to your current plan page, the new plan will be listed.

The issue has resolved itself and my selfserve is displaying the correct information again. Perhaps the site was under maintenance because I was logged in after midnight. Thank you for the suggestions.

[Good things come to those who wait, patiently? .........
