      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am near brockville ontario and mine surprising enough is working awesome and on 4g&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;. i would def try restarting or even do a battery pull and see what happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
