      <title>Unable to Log Into Account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I seem to have the wrong password and have been locked out of the account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't recieved an e-mail to reset my password although I chose the option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Include your 4 digit PIN as well as the phone number in that message.
