Phone number and caller's name not displayed at the receiver end

I had why phone number transfered from another phone supplier Fizz to Public Mobile. When I make a call, the supplier's name appears «Fizz» appears at the receiver ens and that's it. My name and phone number do not appear. Most people do pickup the call but sometime, call receivers do not pickup the call not knowing to origin of the call (who and phone number). Any suggestion to have my name and phone number displayed at the receiver end?

@3vfrance PM only displays your number. Try a network reset and restart your phone. Stay safe.

We both, my wife and I, have a Public Mobile phone number and when she make a call, her name and phone number are displayed on my phone. It's not the case for me as the former supplier name appears and nothing else. Could that be related to the fact that I have transfered a phone number from Fizz?

I used Sansung Android phone, I suspect I have to go in Android parameters to perform a network reset. Not absolutely sure! Any help is greatly appreciated

@3vfrance your wife's name appears because its in your address book. Change it to my better half. It should appear whenever she calls. It's probably a setting on your phone that Fizz appears all the time. Stay safe.

@3vfrance to reset your network settings

From your home screen, swipe down from the top of your screen to open the Notification panel.
Touch the Settings icon.
Swipe to and touch General management.
Touch Reset.
Touch Reset network settings.
Touch RESET SETTINGS.
Again, touch RESET SETTINGS to confirm your decision

I did record my phone number in her list of contacts. I made a call and now my name and phone number were displayed. Super, Super and Super.
