How can I get in touch with customer service other than submitting a ticket because the service isn't working? Thanks.

What is not working? The chatbot? Calls in/out? Texts in/out? Browsing internet on cell data? MMS?

Ticketing system works. I just tried it.

Click here and type ticket, then click on Contact Us, then click on issue you inquire about. Link for creating ticket will be presented.
