Buy the 500 minute Canada wide, $5 addon, it doesn't expire and stays on your account until used up.

Its a 2 step process

@pussycat if you are on either the grandfathered $10 or the $15 plan, and would like to call within Canada then you can buy the 500 minute $5 add-on. It's a 2 step process add the funds and then buy it. Here's an article on buying add ons https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/purchase-add-ons-through-self-serve . Here's where and how to do it.

@pussycat if you aren't on any of the 2 plans that I mentioned do not buy an add on unless you are looking at calling the US or the countries mentioned by @esjliv . Stay safe.

Or do you mean paying for your plan? Some people think of the top up or paying for plan as adding minutes.

And if you choose what you want, you are able to add Minutes to your plan.
