      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try using a different browser and incognito mode.&amp;nbsp; Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.&amp;nbsp; You could also try the forgot password link.&amp;nbsp; If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team.       <description>&lt;P&gt;going with the forgetting password also says I am locked out=/ which is weird. first time trying to log in today. so I will try restarting before I message&lt;/P&gt;</description>
