What date did you activate? Was it by 11:59pm et on august 3rd 2020?

Eligible customers will be credited the 30-day rate plan amount within 30 business days.

If you do not see the 30 day credit added to your account by your 27th day then contact the moderators and ask them to add it for you. Submit a service request via simon by clicking on the (?) at the bottom right corner of your screen and type in 30 day credit not applied and then ask for a human. Follow the prompts to submit your ticket.

Then keep an eye on the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a message from the moderators. Responding promptly to messages will speed up service times. Response is generally 1-3 hours sometimes longer sometimes quicker.
