      <description>&lt;P&gt;Log into your account to make there is an amount showing under data and add-ons.&amp;nbsp; Also make sure your status is active.&amp;nbsp; Try rebooting your phone. If that doesn't work then try making your phone lost then wait 5 minutes and mark it found.&amp;nbsp; If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
