They emailed a paper to sign and forward it back to them along with a photocopy of the card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I say this as Telus owns Koodo and Public mobile. For prepaid accounts, that doesn't get done.&amp;nbsp; I know that for a postpaid account, the phone could still be given to someone else to use, but the person whose identify was used to open the account is who is ultimately responsible for making sure that the bill is paid.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
