Yes, it is down on my end. I can't seem to open the log-in page without getting an error. Though, this happen pretty often on my case. I wonder what's up.

With PM since November on 12GB promo plan. Was going to check usage on View My Usage page for usage history, page unable to display older than 7 days usage from today. It simply displayed no usage. I received text message saying I have used 75% of total data.

In the drop down you can choose other times.
