After trying all above suggestion and your ringer is still not working, it is time to try your PM SIM card to determine where is the problem from your phone or PM.

If it rings with a known good phone, it is your phone's hardware issue or configuration issue.

Perhaps you offered more details, we could help with better troubleshooting tips.

1. Are you receiving the incoming call? Like does it appear on your screen?

- If not, check the 'do not disturb' settings on your phone.

2. Could it be that the ringer volume was set to zero?

- Try increasing/raising the volume when you receive a call.

Also have you tried restarting your phone?
