@Gracewilmal Access selfserve the data counter will show on the landing page. If the data counter is missing it means that you have used up all your data.

Or go to your self serve account check data and add on usage.

When you login to your selfserve you will see overview page it should be listed on the left side

You will also see link to data and addons as well as usage

Everything that you still didn't use up will be showing, if it's missing it means you used it up

You can purchase more data in addon section.

You can also change your plan if it doesn't meet the needs or ask moderators to renew you early if you only have couple of days left but can't wait until renewal

What actually happened when you tried to dial 611.

That one answers even when your account is suspended

Would you be able to test your sim in different phone?

Please login into your account and click the link to change your sim, it will be on the right side under your referral code, looks more like a footnote in the profile preview.

DON'T attempt to change the sim, but check if the last digits actually match your sim. It looks like either your phone is your sim is not working properly
