      <title>Can't recover password, having email issues</title>

When I attempt to recover password, the email I've used and have also recieved emails from public mobile, leads to this: "&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address." Thinking I may have not registered my email to my phone number yet, I attempted to make a new account with my number but it says, "&lt;SPAN class="FormError"&gt;*&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="form-required self-registration-error"&gt;The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click &lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="form-required self-registration-error"&gt;This leaves me in a tight spot because attempting to contact public mobile via email requires a phone number that is attached to the correct email and I have no clue what the heck is happening here.
