    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just tried to activate my SIM card and account. Received an error message before full account activation complete.&amp;nbsp; My account is not recognized but my credit card has been charged.&amp;nbsp; I have no way of signing into my account.&amp;nbsp; Tried the activation process again but my SIM# card is now not valid.&amp;nbsp; Help please!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
