So I've just set up my voicemail, and was asked to say my first name, but also create a greeting? Will both of them be used?

Yes, whatever you record as your greeting will be used.

@tangycandy probably. A simple way to test it would be yo call and listen to the voicemail. Stay safe.

Name plays if voicemail full. Might be option to use a generic greeting with name too.

I've done this, but wanted to know what the purpose of recording the name was. Luckily, cavemantoronto was able to answer my question.
