Did you purchase them from Public Mobile or another supplier?

If it was Public Mobile you could try contacting the Moderator_Team via private message using this link.

Maybe they have some tracking available for your shipment. Or at least send new ones.

I happened to order 2 off of amazon and had little to no issue. If you are having trouble receiving the order and it is off of amazon, you can try and contact the supplier or contact amazon with your updated information. Have a good day!
