Can't Receive Calls or Texts

Been on Public Mobile for 2 years without issue. For the past week my calls have been going directly to voicemail, I don't receive texts. I can call out and send texts. Its a Samsung S5, I tried every suggestion posted on numerous forums on my phone settings, deleted data/caches...took out sim, even did a factory reset on the phone.

I just tried the sim card in another phone and its the same thing-can't receive calls. Seems its a network issue?....where do I go from here?

@mciner123 contact a moderator click on the ? Bottom right hand corner Ask Simon to speak to a human this will help create a ticket to speak to a moderator check the envelope top right corner for a reply response time is 2 to 48 hours

I asked simon to speak with a human and he said there is no way it is computer generated.

@mciner123 There are certain commands/topics that will send you to open a ticket. What exactly did you type that made SIMon say that contacting moderarors wasn't possible?
