I received auto text from public mobile indicating that I have less than 10 minutes remaining (voice). There are still 200 mins (200 min US and Canada Long Distance) and 400 mins (400 min Intl Long Distance (Incl Canada & US) remaining. Could you please advise why I am receiving this text message despite 200+400 mins of voice remaining. Can anyone explain.

See the attached screenshot of my view my usage section and My Data and add-ons.

The message is for Canadian minutes

Some people wouldn't want to spend more expressive minutes is they can get away with 1c/min

You can just ignore it if you don't mind using ld minutes

Unless you anticipate very little use for your Long Distance calling add-ons, you could grab this $5 add-on so it will be the one tapped into first when your plan minutes are exhausted until your next renewal.

AE_Collector
