      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try switching to 3g only and test it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sounds like you are on lte only&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it works on 3g switch to auto then restart&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so you may have inadvertently set a PIN2 lock code on your SIM. This will allow calls only to a few specific numbers you setup (or none). If you did, and you dont know what PIN2 code you used, you might need to contact Public Mobile moderators to get the PUK (Pin Unlock Disable) code for your SIM to disable it again...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
