      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have accumulated $3 in rewards. I have the $25/month plan and I have $24 in my account. My plan is not being renewed even though I have rewards available. How do I use these rewards?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/145948"&gt;@brucewayne1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;they will be used when your plan renews. pm system will subtract from your "available funds" then try to charge your auto-pay card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if today is your renewal date and your account didn't renew then add enough funds to cover your plan cost and click the "reactivate" button&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it's still not working contact customer support mods&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;type "payment issue"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat&lt;/A&gt;/&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then, it will take your available fund to pay your plan fee.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
