voicemail envelope information

hello hello when I access my voicemail at always gives me the phone number or the person's name that's leaving me the voicemail.

is there a is there a setting to eliminate this so it just goes straight to the voicemail message?

I don't think that it is possible.

You can try checking the menu options

Not sure whether you can change that feature.

There's an option under the Playback Preferences in the link from Triguy. Have a look at that. It says something about the caller id.

Great work @Nezgar . I'm not sure why the others couldn't just try it. I got into the voicemail and went down those options and oh there it is caller id.

Some time ago I had thought I heard something along the lines of verbose or short. Maybe that was for much older systems back in the day.
