Picture messaging for QC 15$ plan?

I've noticed that the region of Quebec is the only one which does not have picture messaging in the 15$ plan. Is this for real or is it an error? I've tried to picture message and it doesn't work..I'm in QC..and disappointed.

@CE1967me data must be enabled to send/ receive picture messages. Enable it and try sending the mms text message again. It will not use your plan data. Stay safe.

@CE1967me , I see unlimited text in the plan webpage when I select QC province. Everything seems fine. In any event, QC customers are not short changed on picture messaging.

@CE1967me All $15 Public Mobile talk/Text plans include free MMS.

@CE1967me Currently, all plans are identical accross the country. But at Public Mobile, any plan that includes text messages also includes MMS.

Data is enabled but I still cannot picture message. I could picture message no problem with my previous provider 2 days ago. I checked APN info as well and all is correct there. I shut off and restarted phone, still doesn't work. Any idea why it still would not be working? TIA
