      <title>Picture messaging for QC 15$ plan?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've noticed that the region of Quebec is the only one which does not have picture messaging in the 15$ plan.&amp;nbsp; Is this for real or is it an error?&amp;nbsp; I've tried to picture message and it doesn't work..I'm in QC..and disappointed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Enable it and try sending the mms text message again. It will not use your plan data. Stay safe.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Data is enabled but I still cannot picture message.&amp;nbsp; I could picture message no problem with my previous provider 2 days ago.&amp;nbsp; I checked APN info as well and all is correct there. I shut off and restarted phone, still doesn't work. Any idea why it still would not be working? TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>
