It looks worse around two consecutive 31 day months, looks niceer around February especially if it's not a leap year, some have even skipped the February payment all together:)

Hi

Weird situation but my bill payment date keeps backing up by one day each month. When I signed up my bill date was Dec 10. In January I got billed on the 9th. This kept happening and now in July I get billed on the 26th and in August I will be billed on the 25th!!!

Why am I losing one day of paid service every month? By my estimation I will have lost an entire month of service in about 15 months when it will be back to the 10th of each month.

I don’t understand this. I pay auto pay monthly and never ever have I missed a payment.
