Add-ons can be purchased by going to self.serve.publicmobile.ca

Be sure to check that you're tying to call one of these countries:

Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States,Venezuela

@Mdl use the one time payment option in your self service account to deposit the $15 .

Then go here, see below to add the plan

Thanks for your help. I had not completed the steps when I first posted. With this information I was able to complete the steps and everything worked. Thanks for the support.
