      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Samsung A5 says I inserted a network locked SIM card and I need to enter a SIM unlocking PIN.&amp;nbsp; It isn't the PIN I created when activating my account.&amp;nbsp; When I look at the SIM card status in settings, it recognizes the network as Telus.&amp;nbsp; What is going on and how do I get my phone to work?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

SIM Network Unlock PIN means that your phone is locked to another carrier. Contact that carrier, or if it is a Canadian mdoel, contact Samsung Canada for the unlock code.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
