      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/122834"&gt;@AdamLove&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; based upon the information given it looks like your rewards were not applied you were charged $25 + 13% applicable taxes for a total of $28.25. As for the second charge of $19 + 13% applicable taxes $21.47. Do you have two $25 plans being paid by this one credit card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contact the moderators and ask them to give you a $3 credit for the lost rewards and ask them to look into the other charge if it doesn't apply to another account, or the $19 isn't sitting in your account as a credit.&amp;nbsp;There are 2 ways to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;contact the Moderator Team:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon.
