I would like to know if we can call as well foreign mobiles and landlines with the 400 international minutes add-on and I didn't found this information.

The international minutes add-on can be used to call mobile number as well as landline.

Make sure the country which you want to call is listed below before purchasing the add-on because there is no refund after purchase.

Included countries: Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and Venezuela.

Yes @sydchiq to both foreign mobiles and landlines and as long as its to these countries. The 400 minutes Intl long distance Add-On included countries: Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada. Stay safe.

@sydchiq Hello. Because public mobile is prepaid you can test and see if it’s ok or not. It could depend to which country you want to call. I had no problem with France.

@sydchiq yes, as was mentioned above, you can do this, but only to countries listed in that addon. On your mobile phone you can install different apps like What'sApp to call to other countries.

If the country you want to call is not listed then you could buy a long distance calling card or use Wi-Fi apps like WhatsApp, Skype, or Textnow.

@sydchiq make sure to read the instructions noted at the bottom of the add-ons selection menu.

purchasing an add-on is a two step process

add funds
apply addon

unless you have "available funds" to cover the add-on cost. then it's a 1 step process

apply addon
