      <description>&lt;P&gt;I completed the activation procedure but when I reached the final stage (payment), after submitting the form, I was redirected to a "404 not found" web page (timeout).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no idea what the status of my activation is. When I try to sign in at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/&amp;nbsp;It" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/&amp;nbsp;It&lt;/A&gt; get the error "&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry, your login attempt failed. Please try again&lt;/SPAN&gt;". My credit card company tells me the transaction from Public Mobile went through for $0. What do I do next?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the amount charged was $0, wait 50 minutes and then try activating again. However, I am not sure about what your bank is telling you. How can a charge be $0.00?&amp;nbsp; I would consider inserting the sim and seeing if the service is working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
