Friend referral credit missing?

Hello - I just joined on with Public Mobile.

I used a referral code during the activation process - my understanding is that I'm to receive $10 off on your 2nd month’s bill but don't see the credits appear anywhere on my account.

The $2 auto-pay credit shows up already, but the referred from a friend $10 does not - is it supposed to show up yet and I'm just missing it? Or will it appear later on?

The $10 credit being referrred will be in your account balance within 72 hours.

Welcome to PM @emilyheartbball it shows up within 72 hours. And if you have an autopay credit card attached you will get 2 autopay referral credits applied to your second 30 day cycle bill for a total of $14 off. I like basketball too.👍
