There is no build your own plan in Public Mobile.

There is no build your plan per se but you can exercise a certain amount of control over the $15 plan if you are a low user of services. The plan comes with unlimited texting and incoming calling and 100 minutes of outgoing calling. Additionally it has 250mb of data(w/autopay but you get it regardless.....) each month. More than enough for most people but if your usage varies you can add the following add ons to your plan and they remain on your account til they are completely used up:

$5/500 minute canada wide calling add on
$8/200 minute US/canada wide calling add on
$15/400 minute international calling add on (18 countries incl. US/canada)
$15/1gb data add on or $5/200mb data add on

If you need a little more than your plan includes then purchase and use as needed. For most users a couple of add ons for additional back up usage on average adds $1 - $3 per month.
