      <title>Trying to restart my $50 plan early</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have done this once, in a way. I went from the $40 plan to a $50 plan when I ran out of data, BEFORE the end of my 30 days. but I am out of data again.&amp;nbsp; Woe is me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have $50 credit in my account, and just wish to reboot the plan from today as Day One. Same plan, 50 bucks, 8 gigs of data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I can go select the plan, choose "Change my plan now", and it seems to process, but nothing happens, and no money is deducted from my balance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Any ideas, party people?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team. (Refer to option 1 below)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- But you need moderator support to renew your $50 early. (refer to option 2 below)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FYI&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Options to get more data:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. If your current data limit does not meet your 30 days' need, you may change a plan with more data. You can do the plan from self-serve. &lt;STRONG&gt;You get your data back immediately with plan change.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. If you want to renew the same plan early, you need to create a moderator support ticket using this link &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/&lt;/A&gt;. Moderator wait time is couple hours to 2 days. If your next renewal date is up to 2 days away, you may just on data diet for a few days until after renewal.&lt;BR /&gt;3.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/148564"&gt;@Wolftracker&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;love how you refered to everyone as, "party people," LOL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are close to renewal it may make more sense to add 2GB for 30.00 or Restart another 40.00 plan today for 5GB of data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure that you select start right away but it does seem like you may have done ao already.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise if you still want to do the 50.00 plan immediatley, maybe speak with a moderator.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cheers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Public mobile isn't ideal for big data users like yourself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Telus has a promo offer right now. &amp;lt;20 gb for $75&amp;gt; or &amp;lt;15 gb for $65&amp;gt; depending on which province you reside in, valid until august 24th.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
