      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have submitted a ticket to get help from a Moderator but I haven't heard back in 48hrs. I am not sure if this is an issue on my end or theirs. Does anyone know how the Moderators contact you? Do they use email or call your Public cell number?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have another account here that I never use and haven't made any changes to (on purpose for reference) and it has private messaging on. So how yours came to be off is a mystery. Maybe you got tired of email notifications of private messages and turned it off (which is another option).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
