    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/148424"&gt;@shan59&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perform a simple procedure first.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With data enabled on your phone and PM SIM card inserted, turn off your phone for 1 minute and then turn your phone back on.&amp;nbsp; PM SIM card will configure your phone APN settings for using data.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this auto-configuration failed to get your data working, you may need to manually setup APN settings.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile" target="_blank"&gt;https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have a LG phone, do a network reset before your data working again after switching provider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It could be your APN settings.&amp;nbsp; Enable data and try sending an mms message. If this is possible, your APN settings are correct. If not, post your make and model of your phone. We can than direct you to the correct ones.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="20200419_140531.jpg" style="width: 248px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/31664i252CAAD59589321C/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="20200419_140531.jpg" alt="20200419_140531.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If there isn't any data showing you used it up.
